Visionworks seeks a General Manager (GM) to lead store profitability and the patient journey from appointment to eyewear pickup. You will manage a service-driven team, set financial goals, and partner with doctors to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Optical management experience preferred; Licensed GMs must have a State Opticians License.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the store’s profitability without compromising patient/customer experience by setting and exceeding financial and performance goals.
• Engage regularly with the Doctor to touch base on business needs, associates and patient/customer experience.
• Plan business for the day by managing traffic, doctor appointments, and eyewear services.
• Hire, train, coach, develop and support store associates to ensure excellent patient/customer experience.
• Remove obstacles and resolve issues in patient/customer experience when needed.
• Lead and improve all operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
