Job summary

Visionworks Westminster, CO is seeking a part-time Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to greet patients, perform preliminary testing, and support the eye care journey with warmth and professionalism.

You will manage patient records, introduce patients to the OD, and assist in transitioning from exam to sales, educating on products and services that meet eye care needs while maintaining daily store operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate on products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals including: restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs.
