Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, delivering an exceptional patient and customer journey with optical knowledge and a warm, human touch.

You will engage with patients, recommend eyewear that meets their needs, and handle daily operations including merchandising and order fulfillment, while staying up to date on products and services in a part-time role in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience minimum or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best possible Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain optical knowledge through training to ensure Right First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operations including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
