Visionworks seeks a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with expert eyewear knowledge and personalized service.

The role requires licensed state compliance and prior optical experience (12 months) or ABO certification. Part-time position with comprehensive eyewear and vision care offerings, including licensing responsibilities and store leadership duties.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring top Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engages with patients and recommends products/services meeting eye care needs.
• Measures patients for eyewear and maintains product/knowledge; troubleshoots as needed.
• Executes day-to-day operations to support store goals, including opening/closing in LEAD roles.
