Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with expert optics knowledge. You will drive the customer journey, recommending products and ensuring eyewear needs are met simply and boldly.

You will work to hit sales goals, stay current on products, and contribute to a positive team environment in Greensboro, NC. Prior optical experience or ABO cert is required.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• Customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services meeting eye care needs.
• Ensure eyewear fitting accuracy and maintain optical knowledge through training.
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
