Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead in Bucks County to deliver an exceptional patient journey. You will know optics products, drive sales, and coach others to meet goals in a friendly, human way.

The role requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid state license where applicable. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals through optimal customer experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend products and services.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge.
• Execute store operations to support financial and customer goals.
