Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's LensCrafters in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager and to act as a business owner within the marketplace. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory retail experience, strong English communication, and ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills and cash handling familiarity.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
