Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an Optometric Assistant Lead who will be the face of our store, ensuring the best patient journey and providing optics knowledge. The Sr. OS guides customers through the Visionworks experience to meet eyewear needs in a simple, human and bold way.

Role includes daily sales goals, patient engagement, product recommendations, and eyewear measurements with ongoing training; LEAD positions may require opening/closing the store and other operations support.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to engage with patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sales and service.
• Understanding of optical products and vision care services.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only.
