Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a part-time VISA Coordinator to greet customers, process VISA applications, and ensure compliance with banking and store standards. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accurate documentation, and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include promoting Card Member events, maintaining VISA materials, and assisting with staff training. Flexible hours are required, with availability weekdays and weekends, and compensation reflects a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and be knowledgeable about the Scheels VISA program and the store.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy for VISA applicants.
• Process completed applications, complete checkout, and answer questions about the Scheels VISA.
• Complete daily audit sheets, track store performance, and help maintain compliance with bank/visa/scheels standards.
• Coordinate and execute Card Member Appreciation Days or promotions per bank and Scheels standards.
• Stock VISA materials and ensure signage during promotions; remove signage after events.
• Assist the VISA Coordinator in training staff and annual compliance training.
• Maintain orderly personal workspace and VISA booth.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
