• 5+ years in a corporate travel role utilizing the SABRE GDS.
• Familiarity with university and collegiate communities is a must.
• Proven experience with group air blocks and contracts.
• Experience with international itineraries and rate structures.

Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international university travel reservations (air, car, hotel, etc.).
• Advise travelers on travel requirements (visas, passports, costs).
• Handle incoming requests via phone, email, or forms to complete reservations.
• Manage profiles and queues; apply unused tickets to optimize savings.
• Use technology and automation to perform at the highest level.
