What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct sales activities via telephone or electronic means to customers within the assigned territory
- Develop and lead strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and secure new customers
- Research territory growth opportunities and evaluate competitor products for effective positioning
- Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers to enhance satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools for forecasting, opportunity pipeline management, and customer communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of similar sales experience
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with product managers and outside sales
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment, including using video and phone technologies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage and interpret CRM data for business decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Excel and Salesforce
- Previous experience in a remote working environment
- Familiarity with molecular diagnostics or related industries
