• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 1 year experience in related position in a financial institution or customer service.
• Must have the capacity to work under stress, multi-task and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Flexibility to work until 7pm on some days with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Virtual Teller with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle customer transactions promptly and accurately.
• Resolve customer inquiries and account issues.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and payments per policy and enter into the system.
• Respond to chat messages from clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate.
