Fullmind seeks a Mentor Teacher to serve as Teacher of Record for homeschool extensions. The educator will know each student and family, advise on curriculum and instruction, and sign-off on academic records. Remote 1099 contract with 4 hours per day, sessions scheduled by student availability.

As TOR, you will coordinate with Fullmind operations and district contacts, ensure compliance, and guide families toward course completion. Minnesota licensing and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Minnesota teaching license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Familiarity with Minnesota standards and assessment/compliance expectations.
• Must have laptop/PC, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the family’s academic point of contact.
• Coordinate with Fullmind ops/enrollment, academic lead on standards, district registrar on records, and SPED case manager when applicable.
• Act as the accountable signatory on academic and compliance records.
• Review weekly student logs to produce grading and attendance records.
• Ensure attendance and grading records are complete and reporting-ready weekly.
• Verify student schedules and curriculum maps align with MN standards.
• Oversee progress against grade-level benchmarks.
• Respond to academic/instructional questions.
• Coordinate with district case manager for platform accommodations and services.
• Administer online assessments when applicable.

• Daily Rate: $150/daily; rates are negotiable and subject to change.
• Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity.
• Schedule: 4 hours per day. The educator will schedule sessions based on student weekday availability.
• Valid Minnesota teaching license in Elementary Education (additional Students with Disabilities and/or Middle school preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role

This Mentor Teacher role serves as the Teacher of Record (TOR) and primary educational partner for Fullmind’s Homeschool Extension families. The goal of this engagement is for the Mentor Teacher to truly get to know each student and family, advise and support them throughout their educational journey, and help families make informed choices about curriculum, resources, and instruction that best meet their student's needs. As TOR, the Mentor Teacher is also the accountable signatory on each student's academic and compliance records.

Fullmind partners with hundreds of U.S. schools to ensure every child has access to education, filling teacher vacancies by live-streaming certified educators directly to students. As a Fullmind educator, you'll deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion.

As a Fullmind Teacher of Record, you will:

• Serve as the family's academic point of contact

• Review the weekly student reflection/engagement logs to produce and grading attendance records
• Ensure attendance and grading records are complete, accurate, and reporting-ready weekly
• Verify each student's schedule/curriculum maps to current MN standards
• Oversee progress against grade-level benchmarks
• Respond to academic/instructional questions
• Coordinate with the district-assigned case manager so platform accommodations and services are reflected
• Administer online assessments when applicable

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Minnesota teaching license
• Familiarity with MN standards and assessment/compliance expectations
• Comfort SIS coordination and documentation workflows
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access
• Participate in a virtual skills demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process.
