Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver school-based services in New Oxford, PA, via teletherapy and onsite support across multiple classrooms, serving students with diverse needs. The contract extends through the end of May 2027, coordinating with educational leaders and coordinators.

The role requires PA SLP certification, teaching credentials, and CCC preferred; clinical fellows with supervision are welcome.

Qualifications

• Current PA Speech-Language Pathology certification and valid teaching certification.
• CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows considered with supervisory arrangements in place.
• Experience in school-based speech therapy, including working with autistic and learning support students.
• Familiarity with teletherapy techniques and procedures, especially when working in a team with an SLPA.
• Ability to follow state and program guidelines for telepractice and onsite care delivery.

Responsibilities

Providing speech therapy services through teletherapy and onsite support is required for several classrooms serving students with diverse learning needs. This contract opportunity involves delivering specialized speech-language pathology (SLP) services in a school setting located in New Oxford, PA.

Key responsibilities include:

• Offering speech therapy services to 56 students across three classrooms: two Autistic Support classrooms and one Learning Support group
• Supporting students at multiple school sites within the region, including classrooms at high schools with varying needs
• Providing either onsite services as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or combining teletherapy SLP services with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to meet the program requirements
• Collaborating with education staff to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students communication goals
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to program and regulatory standards
