Job summary

Soliant Health in Pennsylvania is seeking four onsite Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year to support Early Intervention and K-12 across two campuses. This contract role focuses on in-person collaboration and hands-on impact, with no virtual duties at this time.

Ideal candidates hold PA SLP certification and teaching cert, CCC-SLP (Clinical Fellows welcome with supervision), and enjoy working with elementary students ages 3-5 through 12.

Qualifications

  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP certification and teaching certification required before starting.
  • Experience or interest in serving elementary-aged students and/or ages 3-5 with special education needs.
  • CCC-SLP certification; Clinical Fellows are welcome with supervisor arrangements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, school-based environment.
  • Commitment to providing direct, in-person services—no virtual roles available for these assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy across two buildings to caseloads of 50-55 elementary students, including some case management (Roles A and C).
  • Provide targeted services to children ages 3-5 with special education needs, with dedicated paperwork time included in your weekly schedule (Role B).
  • Create individualized treatment plans, collaborate with educators and families, and help monitor student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to student IEP meetings as needed.
