Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - Wisconsin Schools

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist with Speech Connect Wisconsin for the 2025-2026 school year. Candidates must have their ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and WI DPI license or be willing to obtain it. We currently have two full-time positions available: one elementary caseload and one middle/high school caseload.

Hourly Rate: $65-70/hour; all direct and indirect time paid, 1099 position

Location: Remote, working with Wisconsin schools

Schedule: Direct therapy hours during typical school day timeframes; indirect time is flexible

We are looking for experienced SLPs familiar with the Wisconsin education system, comfortable with virtual platforms and digital tools, and capable of:

1. Caseload management
2. Collaboration with school-based team members
3. Medicaid billing, IEP paperwork, meetings, and progress reports
4. Virtual therapy using any platform of your choice
5. Virtual assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations
6. Applying your clinical expertise and unique skill set
