Speech-Language Pathologist for Virtual Services in Lexington, KY - Elementary Focus

VocoVision is recruiting a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to elementary students in Lexington, Kentucky. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful impact on students' communication development.

Position Details
  • Full-time position (35-37.5 hours per week)
  • Elementary school focus (grades K-6)
  • Mixed articulation and language therapy caseload
  • Approximately 40-50 students
  • 100% virtual service delivery
Primary Duties
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services via secure telepractice platform
  • Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and educational support teams
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences
  • Complete required documentation within established timeframes
Qualification Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Kentucky speech-language pathology license
  • Minimum 2 years of school-based experience
  • Experience with pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery
  • Reliable computer with webcam and high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with telepractice service delivery
  • Familiarity with EDplan or similar IEP management systems
  • Knowledge of Kentucky educational standards
  • Experience with articulation therapy for elementary-aged students
