Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. The successful candidate will work remotely and provide speech therapy services to students in an elementary school setting. The candidate must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

The successful candidate must have experience using SEIS and have strong knowledge of the Paradigm platform. The candidate must also be knowledgeable about augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.

Responsibilities :

• Provide virtual speech therapy services to students in an elementary school setting
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans that target speech and language goals for each student
• Provide direct services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals for each student
• Keep up-to-date with best practices and trends in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Current license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California
• Experience using SEIS and knowledge of the Paradigm platform
• Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
• Must be able to provide Liability insurance
• 1099 contract
• Must be able to pass a tech screen
