Minimum requirements: 1+ years of speech therapy experience. Must be licensed as an ASHA Certified Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).

Location: Remote/Virtual

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment results.
  2. Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement virtual IEPs, ensuring therapy goals align with students' needs.
  3. Provide individual and group teletherapy sessions to address communication and swallowing challenges, utilizing teletherapy platforms.
  4. Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting intervention plans as needed. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and team members.
  5. Work closely with virtual educators to integrate speech-language goals into the curriculum and provide training/support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a school-based SLP.
  • Experience with virtual assessments and teletherapy platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a virtual setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual multidisciplinary team.
