Job Title: Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Remote (Serving Students in Tennessee)

Position Type: Contract / Full-Time / Part-Time

Start Date: Current School Year, Summer, or Next School Year

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in providing high-quality teletherapy services to students. As a school-based SLP, you will play a crucial role in helping students improve communication skills essential for academic success and social interaction. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
  • Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid SLP license in Tennessee (or willingness to obtain licensure).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
