Job description

We are the fastest growing division of the number 3 solar company in the United States.


We are a remote and virtual sales team that works via Zoom from home.


We are commission only and offer the highest commission, bonuses, and overrides in the industry.


We are a 1099 hunter-based sales position where you can earn $100K to $400K in your first year.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies).
  2. Set targets for the sales department.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies.
  4. Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
  5. Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates.
  6. Analyze market trends.
  7. Monitor competition and follow current developments.
  8. Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets.
  9. Motivate sales team to achieve great results.
  10. Find prospective customers and new target segments.

Job Skills:

  1. Proven work experience as a sales consultant.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Office.
  3. Familiarity with CRM programs.
