About This Role and YOU

This is an exciting FULLY REMOTE role that offers an aspiring entrepreneur to build a business within Pronoia! We have an incredible service that makes the lives of hiring managers and business owners so much easier. All you have to do is go get the accounts! (Yes, we can invest in more marketing, sure, we can post more content, of course, we have great word of mouth referrals and reviews, BUT we want to take this to a whole different level!) Pronoia is the place to be for the best of the best. We are seeking someone with:

  • a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals without direct supervision.
  • history of goal setting and achievement in sales such as upselling or earning performance bonuses.
  • skilled in cold outreach and initiating client relationships.
  • handling objections in live conversations or presentations.
  • ability to manage a high volume of sales activity across multiple platforms including phone and CRM tools.
  • demonstrated experience organizing daily sales activity to maximize revenue-generating opportunities.
  • effective at building rapport quickly in B2B or B2C settings.
  • closing deals through personalized engagement strategies.
  • experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • history of performance-based incentives or top-performer recognition.

The role involves conducting sales activities, prospecting new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting DAILY sales targets. You will utilize proven sales strategies and tools to guide leads through the sales funnel, manage a robust pipeline, and achieve your assigned quota.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 yrs of Customer Relationship Management and Account Management experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • 3+ yrs of experience in door to door or hard sales highly preferred
  • Proven track record of high conversion and closing rate
  • Ability to navigate technology with ease
  • CRM Management

Requirements

  • Must reside in CA
  • Must be eligible to work anywhere in the US
  • 3 years of Door to Door and B2B Sales, Communication, and Negotiation experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads and prospects by understanding their pain points and aligning them with tailored solutions.
  • Track and improve the conversion rate through effective engagement and follow-up.
  • Execute cold calling, consultative selling, and solution selling strategies to close deals.
  • Foster relationships with decision-makers while navigating gatekeepers to access opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in understanding client buyer personas to craft personalized sales approaches.
  • Master objection handling techniques to address hesitations and secure commitments.
  • Analyze sales metrics like win rate, average deal size, and sales velocity to refine strategies and exceed targets.
  • Utilize Google Workspace (sheets-excel equivalent) for tracking and reporting, email and cell phone (for basic communication), social media (for content to increase awareness and audience), zoom/GoogleMeet (for virtual meetings)
  • Partner with our Recruiters, Consultants, and Client Relationship Manager for client onboarding.

Compensation Model

Monthly Tier Commission for Contracts

Tier I: 1-4 New Contracts $500

Tier II: 5-9 New Contracts $1000

Tier III: 10+ New Contracts $2500

Performance Bonus: $5000 (Tier III 6 consecutive months)

Monthly Tier Commission % for Per Fill

Performance Bonus: $1000 (Tier III 6 consecutive months)
