Job summary

Fullmind is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for remote teletherapy to support K-12 students via live-streamed instruction. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with assignments for the 2026-27 school year and flexible hours depending on placements.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LBESPA clinical license.
• 1099 contract with remote teletherapy in school context.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and IEPs.
• United States work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging speech and language instruction through Teletherapy.
• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Partner with school-based staff to align on student progress.
• Must hold an active LBESPA license and be in good standing.
• Experience with telehealth platforms for school/IEP assessments.
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant tech setup: webcam, headset, high-speed internet.
• Collaborate remotely with classroom teachers, case managers and families.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
