Job summary

Eleutheria is seeking a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to cover maternity leave in a part-time, remote role based in Michigan. The position involves delivering school-based speech-language services to students, conducting assessments, and aligning therapy with IEP goals.

You will work with teachers and families, complete IEPs, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. Michigan licensure and educator endorsement are required. Competitive benefits and support for licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Licensure: Michigan SLP license with ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent supervision.
• Michigan Educator License/approval for school-based SLP services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students.
• Deliver direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress data.
• Supervise SLPAs and monitor supervision hours, if applicable.
