Point Quest Group is seeking a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist for maternity leave coverage in a remote Michigan school setting. This temporary, part-time role delivers speech therapy to students via teletherapy and collaborates with teachers and families to support IEP goals.

Applicants must hold a Michigan SLP license (or endorsement eligibility) and, ideally, the Educator License for school-based services, with ASHA CCC-SLP or related supervised experience.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility for endorsement.
• Master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification or supervised postgraduate experience completed.
• Michigan Educator License/endorsement for school-based services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct formal assessments and determine eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and coordinate IEP-aligned treatment plans with the team.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to students.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to generalize skills.
• Maintain therapy notes and progress data.
• Supervise SLPAs and monitor hours if applicable.
