Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a School Psychologist to deliver virtual psychological services to students during the 2026-27 school year. This is a fully remote 1099 contract position with assignments aligned to the school district calendar.

You will complete evaluations, create intervention plans, document progress toward IEP goals, and collaborate with families and school staff. Active Michigan School Psychologist license and ability to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan School Psychologist license and in good standing
• Experience delivering evaluations, assessments and reports in virtual settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and teletherapy delivery

• Deliver virtual psychological services to support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth

$315-330 daily fee. Monday to Friday during school hours. Rates are negotiable and subject to change.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

As a Fullmind School Psychologist, you will:

• Deliver virtual psychological services that support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth
• Complete evaluations, assessments and reports
• Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
• Partner with families, school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress
• Must have an active Michigan School Psychologist license,
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
• Experience with virtual platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and placement.
