What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend sales summits, trainings, and meetings, collaborating closely with sales operations and leadership
- Complete all assigned training for the Virtual Sales Representative role, retaining and building knowledge of products
- Develop action plans by analyzing sales figures and reports to achieve territory sales quotas and performance goals
- Utilize technology to schedule sales calls and meet virtually with customers to drive revenue growth
- Establish relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision-makers and facilitate future sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of remote B2B or virtual sales experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote customer-facing environment
- Experience in building relationships with key internal and external customers
- Proficiency in data analysis and product gap mapping
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical device or healthcare virtual sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Tableau
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Teams
