Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Virtual Sales Representative – Owner Upgrades to join our work-from-home team. You will present upgrade opportunities to existing owners via Zoom, using prequalified leads and a Florida Real Estate license.

If you are a motivated, commission-driven salesperson with 1–2 years in timeshare or vacation ownership and strong closing skills, this role offers training and growth with the aim of helping members maximize their travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Bring 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven ability to drive results.
• Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, owner upgrades, or consultative sales is preferred.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Orlando, FL.
• Valid Florida Real Estate License

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Zoom presentations that showcase the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure while building rapport with prospective and current owners.

Virtual Sales Representative – Owner Upgrades

This position is a Work from Home opportunity and requires a valid Florida Real Estate License and the ability to meet the Work from Home requirements listed below.

We are currently recruiting reliable, professional, sales-minded individuals who are great on the phone to join our growing Virtual Sales Team.

How You’ll Shine

• Conduct engaging Zoom presentations that showcase the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure while building rapport and connecting with prospective and current owners using company-provided, prequalified leads.


• Present and sell owner upgrade opportunities, helping existing owners maximize the value of their ownership through enhanced products, benefits, and travel experiences.


• Build trust-based relationships with owners by identifying their vacation goals and recommending tailored ownership solutions that meet their needs.

Training

• Participate in ongoing advanced sales and career development training designed to support your long-term success and growth.

Knowledge and Skills

• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment while confidently overcoming customer objections.

Technical Skills

• Generate sales by initiating transactions, effectively utilizing smart devices, and applying proven closing techniques.

Job Experience

• Bring 1-2 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven ability to drive results. Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, owner upgrades, or consultative sales is preferred.

What is required for me to work from home?

• Quiet workplace free of distractions and background noise


• High speed internet requirements Download speed of 20 mbps and upload speed of 3 mbps average ping below 100m


• Must be able to hardwire computer directly to a router


• Must have own personal device with a working camera to be used for the first week of training (until our computers reach your home)


• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home


• On-site training required
