Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative for our Orlando, FL Sales Office. You will conduct Zoom presentations, showcase upgrade opportunities, and build relationships with existing owners to drive upgrades and sales growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience, a Florida real estate license, and strong communication and closing skills to thrive in a goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience with a track record of results.
• Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, owner upgrades, or consultative sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Zoom presentations to showcase Travel + Leisure benefits to existing and prospective owners.
• Present and sell owner upgrade opportunities to maximize ownership value.
• Build trust-based relationships by identifying vacation goals and recommending tailored ownership solutions.
• Generate sales by initiating transactions and effectively using company-provided leads.
