Baptist Health is seeking a Virtual Safety Monitor Technician for its Virtual Monitoring Unit in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time night shift role requires a CNA or EMT, along with a High School Diploma or GED.

You will monitor patients remotely via live video, provide calm verbal redirection, and alert onsite nursing staff as needed. The position is located at the Baptist Digital Solutions Center in Jacksonville and offers the opportunity to work in a specialized, technology-driven environment

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA or EMT required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Night shift availability preferred.

This is a full-time, night-shift opportunity.At Baptist Health, a Virtual Safety Monitor Technician plays a vital role in keeping patients safe through continuous virtual observation. These technicians review assigned patients and ensure all video and communication systems are functioning properly. Throughout the shift, you will observe patients remotely via live video feeds, watching for signs of distress, confusion, or unsafe movement. Using calm, compassionate communication, the technician provides verbal redirection when needed.
