Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its virtual nutrition team to support women navigating midlife and menopause transitions. You will deliver one-on-one nutritional care via video visits, collaborating with a dedicated medical provider and therapist to develop cohesive care plans.

Flexible scheduling and autonomy are core to the role. As a 1099 contractor, you control your days, participate in multi-specialty care, and advance women’s health.

Qualifications

• National RD certification and license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
