Job summary
Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will set your own schedule within a multi-specialty care model, delivering cohesive care alongside a medical provider and therapist through telehealth.
As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll earn $60 per active visit hour, with onboarding bonus and potential caseload bonuses.
Qualifications
- CDR national certification and state license to practice in any US state.
- Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
- Commitment to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, videoconferencing, and EMR.
- Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
- Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to create cohesive care plans.
- Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support lifestyle changes and well-being.
- Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone and gut health.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits on Pomelo platform.
