Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to provide virtual care for midlife and menopause transitions. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will set your own schedule and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nutrition therapy.

You’ll conduct synchronous video visits, maintain timely documentation, and uphold privacy and clinical standards while earning $60 per active visit hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with a US license
• 2+ years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience
• Available for at least 10 patient-facing hours per week
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video visits, and EMR systems
• Strong clinical independence and excellent communication; collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team including the medical provider and therapist.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to enable sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
