Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, is expanding its team of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert care across perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule as part of a multi-specialty care model, delivering cohesive nutrition therapy through a dedicated care team including physicians and therapists.

As an independent contractor (1099), you will receive a competitive hourly rate, onboarding bonus, and potential caseload bonuses.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Able to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video visits, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence with collaborative, multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support lasting lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits.
