Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert virtual nutrition care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause. You can set your own schedule while joining a multi-specialty care model that includes medical providers and therapists for comprehensive patient care.

You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a care team, and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic health, bone health, and gut health, while maintaining

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
Licensed RD with ability to practice in any US state.
Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver a cohesive care plan.
Manage multi-week program formats to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
Provide nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
