Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will deliver a cohesive, holistic care model that drives superior patient experience and outcomes.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multi-specialty team, and support multi-week programs while maintaining clinical documentation and privacy standards across telehealth visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Licensure as Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/Nutritionist (RDN) in any US state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients in midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
