Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering nutrition and health care for women and children. We are expanding our network of Registered Dietitians to provide perimenopause and menopause support via telehealth, with flexible schedules and a multi-specialty care model.

You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a medical provider and therapist, and guide multi-week programs to improve metabolic health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
