Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field; 8 years progressive experience.
• Experience in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
• OR Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture with EIT or Master's in Engineering or MBA with 6+ years experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• PA PE/RA license preferred.
• Experience in public transit project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex projects within the Trolley Modernization Program.
• Lead corridor modernization projects, OCS conversion, new substations, bridge upgrades.
• Coordinate with third-party consultants, stakeholders, and funding compliance.
• Supervise engineers/architects and construction inspectors.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline

Experience in Civil Engineering or Architecture

EIT or Master's in Engineering or MBA with 6+ years experience

Valid Driver's License

PA PE/RA license preferred

Public transit project management experience preferred
