We are seeking a talented Virtual Rebate Program Specialist to join our team.

The Virtual Rebate Program Specialist will work within a virtual team-based customer support environment, serving as a point of contact for customers seeking education about rebate programs associated with our products. They will manage targeted accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers within those accounts.

The primary responsibility is to communicate, educate, and explain rebate programs to practices and practice leadership using approved messaging and materials. The role requires clinical, business, and analytical knowledge, as well as payer coverage and reimbursement information, to help practices understand the products and the patient access landscape. All communications must adhere to approved materials and messaging.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop virtual relationships with key medical and office staff of targeted practices by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Profile and understand client/product programs to align with customer needs for impactful customer conversations.
  • Proactively promote rebate contracts within targeted customer accounts.
  • Stay informed about trends in ophthalmology to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate market knowledge and customer profiling skills to address business opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of virtual pharma or healthcare sales experience supporting commercial roles.
  • Experience with buy and bill marketplace.
  • Proven leadership and accountability skills in a matrix team environment.
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of executing successful engagement plans.

Preferred:

  • Ophthalmology experience.

The annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $97,000, with potential additional benefits such as a company car or allowance, and performance bonuses.
