Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. As a nutrition role, you will provide evidence-based dietetics via telehealth with a flexible schedule.

You will work in a multi-specialty team to deliver cohesive care, documenting visits in EMR, maintaining privacy standards, and collaborating with medical providers and therapists to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to create holistic plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
