Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure a cohesive, holistic plan and sustainable lifestyle changes.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours. Compensation is $60.00 to $70.00 per active visit hour, plus an onboarding bonus of $250 after the first visit; Pomelo handles

Qualifications

• RD certification and US-state license to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and EMR.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide nutrition care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to ensure a cohesive plan.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to drive lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits.
