Compensation Range: $68,640 - $82,000 per year

Note: Compensation depends on geographic region, education, and experience

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely clinical documentation meeting quality standards
• Complete and respond to documentation requirements to comply with policies
• Maintain a caseload of patients
• Manage patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, session notes, discharge plans, and summaries
• Facilitate process and psychoeducation groups
• Involve and document family and social support
• Attend weekly treatment team and clinical meetings
• Serve as a liaison with the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in trainings, webinars, supervision, and meetings

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
• One year of experience in behavioral healthcare
• Current clinical license in the applying state
