Qualifications

About The Role:

1. Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
2. Work a 45-hour full-time schedule, including a 1-hour lunch, with an average of 25 sessions per week, scheduled between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday.
3. Provide fully virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults (18+), with sessions once a week.
4. Facilitate client consults as needed, participate in weekly case consultation, wellness hours, and professional development activities.
5. Use data to inform treatment and collaborate with other providers, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
2. At least two years of clinical experience with adults.
3. Minimum six months of teletherapy experience.
4. Availability for sessions between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday to Friday.
5. Proficiency with clinical assessments and electronic health records.
6. Good standing license with the licensing board.
