About The Role

• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Work a 45-hour full-time schedule, including a 1-hour lunch break.
• Conduct an average of 25 sessions per week, scheduling approximately 28 to account for cancellations.
• Hours are between 8am and 9pm (PST), Monday through Friday.
• Deliver fully virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults (18+) via teletherapy.
• Facilitate client consults as needed.
• Participate in weekly case consultation, wellness hours, monthly groups, and professional development.
• Use data to inform treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA and ethics standards.

Requirements

• Licensed in California as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults.
• At least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Availability between 8am and 9pm (PST), Monday to Friday.
• Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Must be licensed and in good standing.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $59,500 to $113,735, with offers typically between $59,500 and $98,900, depending on location, licensure, and level.
