Job summary

Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is seeking a PRN Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our Department of Psychiatry. This position is 100% virtual and requires 2–5 shifts per month.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team in the evaluation and treatment of hospitalized and ER patients with complex medical and psychiatric illnesses. Training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine–Psychiatry is strongly desired.

Qualifications

• Training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine-Psychiatry is strongly desired.
• Licensed in Texas and resides in Texas, Washington, Florida, Louisiana, or Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary team in the evaluation and treatment of hospitalized and ER patients with complex medical and psychiatric illnesses.
