Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Full-Time Primary Therapist to join our remote Virtual Outpatient program. We provide the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA or AMFT/ACSW/APCC in CA.
• Experience with DBT or willingness to learn.
• Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check.
• Exceptional clinical judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions).
• Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR.
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including Process Groups and DBT Groups.
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team.
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission.
• Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator.

This is a Remote position, but candidates must be located in California.

Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm
