Job summary

Evolve Treatment Centers in San Jose, CA is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our PHP/IOP team serving adolescents and their families. You will provide individual and group therapy, complete timely documentation in EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support teens through treatment and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate holds LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or equivalent licensure and demonstrates strong clinical judgment, boundary setting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or equivalent licensure (or assoc.) required.
• Strong clinical judgment and boundary-setting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with adolescents and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reasonable caseload including individual and family sessions.
• Complete all documentation timely in EMR.
• Facilitate DBT and other therapy groups.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and present cases to the clinical team.
• Coordinate after-care with families and discharge planning.

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility inSan Jose, CA!

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.

Payrate: 85,000 - 95,000 for unlicensed and $100,000 - $105,000 for licensed.
Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
• Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, includingDBT Groups
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
• Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

Requirements:

• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCC
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Exceptional clinical judgment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
