Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN or PA/NP license in state of practice.
• APRN/NP: national board certification in Family, Adult and Adult-Gero.
• DEA registration as applicable for state of practice.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients via virtual health modalities.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies; prescribe therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Support quality, safety, and education initiatives.
