Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is seeking experienced Adjunct Instructors to support the synchronous didactic portion of our Board of Nursing–approved Practical Nursing program in Ohio. This 1099 contract role supports online instruction for cohorts, with coverage as needed and potential for future teaching opportunities.

The role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with RN/LPN faculty experience who enjoys teaching in a virtual classroom. Courses run Monday–Thursday evenings: 4:30-7:00pm or 6:30–9:00pm EST.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as faculty in an RN or LPN education program.
• 2+ years of professional RN practice with a mix of clinical/education roles (5+ years total).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license.

Responsibilities

• Teach live, virtual didactic lessons via Stepful’s LMS.
• Deliver curriculum content, answer questions, and provide timely feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert in practical nursing education.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
