Job summary

Stepful seeks experienced Adjunct Instructors to support the synchronous didactic portion of Ohio-based Practical Nursing programs. You will teach live online classes from 4:30-7:00pm or 6:30-9:00pm EST, Monday–Thursday, helping students prepare for licensure.

This 1099 contract role offers flexible hours with coverage needs and potential future teaching opportunities as cohorts launch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as faculty in RN or LPN education programs.
• 2+ years nursing practice with 5+ years overall in clinical, ed, or admin.
• BSN degree and active Ohio RN license required.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students and partners.

Responsibilities

• Teach live virtual didactic lessons via Stepful’s LMS.
• Deliver curriculum content and provide timely feedback.
• Serve as SME in practical nursing education.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for students.
